Corn Salsa

Ingredients

frozen corn, thawed

fresh parsley, minced

lime juice

|
Directions:
In a bowl combine corn, green pepper, onion, parsley, juice, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well. Chill for at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with fish.
