Ingredients

2 cups cubed cooked sweet potatoes
1/4 cup chopped dates or raisins
1 banana, sliced
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained, reserving liquid
1/4 cup light mayonnaise or light salad dressing
2 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter
2 tablespoons pineapple juice, reserved
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
