Onion Mashed Potatoes

all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cut up (about 3 lbs.)

milk

Directions:
1. In 4-quart saucepan, cover potatoes with water; bring to a boil. 2. Simmer 20 minutes or until very tender; drain. 3. Mash potatoes; stir in remaining ingredients.
