Sirloin Stroganoff
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients

beef stew seasoning mix

water
|
|
|

beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
|
|
|
| 1 |
can |
(6 ounces) mushrooms, sliced and drained
|
|
|
| 8 |
ounces |
sour cream
|
|
|
| 1 |
package |
(12 ounces) wide egg noodles, prepare as directed
|
|
|
|
|
garnish with fresh parsley
|
|
|
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine seasoning mix and water; set aside.
In a large skillet, saute beef in oil until no longer pink; drain. Add the mushrooms and seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and heat through.
Serve over steaming hot noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
